1. Who we are

MoveIn is operated by Noveternum, a property technology studio based in Ireland. We provide a marketplace connecting renters with private landlords and agents across the 26 counties of Ireland. Your contract is with Noveternum.

2. What you can expect from us

• Free listings for private landlords and a fair experience for renters.
• AI-powered price intelligence so you can judge whether a listing is fairly priced before you contact the landlord.
• Reasonable steps to keep listings honest — including scam detection, RTB cross-checks where possible, and a flagging system for suspicious behaviour.
• Care for your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy.

3. What we expect from you

• Use MoveIn lawfully and honestly. Listings must reflect real properties available for rent at the price advertised.
• Don't scrape, spam, or use automated tools to access the service except where we've explicitly permitted it.
• Treat other users with respect in inquiry threads and messages.
• Provide accurate information about yourself when creating an account or profile.

4. Listings are free

Listing on MoveIn is free for landlords for the foreseeable future. We'll give clear advance notice on this page if that ever changes.

5. Account closure

You may close your account at any time from your profile settings. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these principles, with notice except where doing so would compromise the safety of other users.
